Ecommerce Manager

Remote (EU / UK) - Marketing & Growth

Veline is on a mission to make beautiful lashes effortless for every woman. We've built a product that clicks — literally. Now we need an Ecommerce Manager who can make our online store perform just as well as the applicator itself.

You'll own the full ecommerce operation: from conversion rate to customer experience, from product launches to post-purchase flows. You're equal parts data-driven and creatively sharp, and you understand how beauty consumers think, scroll, and buy.

What you'll do
  • Manage and optimise our Shopify store end-to-end — product pages, collections, bundles and checkout experience
  • Drive revenue growth through conversion optimisation, A/B testing and funnel improvements
  • Work closely with our performance marketing team to align ad creative with landing page strategy
  • Own email and SMS marketing flows (Klaviyo or similar) — welcome sequences, abandoned cart, post-purchase and re-engagement
  • Monitor KPIs daily: CVR, AOV, ROAS, LTV — and act on what you see
  • Coordinate product launches, promotional campaigns and seasonal moments
  • Manage third-party apps, integrations and the overall tech stack
What we're looking for
  • 3+ years of hands-on ecommerce experience, ideally in DTC beauty, wellness or lifestyle
  • Solid knowledge of Shopify and standard DTC tools (Klaviyo, Recharge, Gorgias, etc.)
  • Analytical mindset — comfortable pulling insights from GA4, Triple Whale or similar
  • Strong written English and an eye for copy that converts
  • Experience with Meta and TikTok ad ecosystems is a plus
  • You move fast, work independently and care about the details

 

Make-Up Artist & Brand Ambassador

On-location & Remote content - Content & Creative

You know your way around a lash line. You understand that the difference between a good look and a great one is all in the placement — and you've been waiting for a tool that makes it feel as easy as it should be.

Veline is looking for a skilled and camera-confident make-up artist to bring our product to life. You'll create content that demonstrates the Veline Magnetic Lash Applicator in real, relatable settings — and you'll help shape how we show up to the world.

What you'll do
  • Create before/after and tutorial content for Meta, TikTok and Instagram — both in studio and on-the-go
  • Demonstrate the Veline applicator in a way that's clear, convincing and authentic to real women's routines
  • Support product launches, lookbooks and campaign shoots
  • Give creative feedback on new lash styles, packaging and product development
  • Engage with the Veline community by responding to how-to questions and sharing tips
  • Represent Veline at events, pop-ups or press moments when needed
What we're looking for
  • Proven experience as a make-up artist — a portfolio or social presence speaks louder than a CV
  • Genuine confidence and ease in front of the camera
  • Hands-on experience with strip lashes, magnetic lashes or lash extensions
  • An eye for natural, wearable results — we're not about the drag look, we're about the everyday glow
  • Ability to create short-form video content independently (filming, basic editing)
  • A warm, relatable communication style that fits our brand tone
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
